What will you do?

Join Miele Professional as the first Senior ECommerce Manager. In this pivotal role at Miele X, you will transition the company’s B2B e-commerce from a decentralized model of 17 basic webshops into a high-performing, scalable, and customer-centric engine.

You will own the strategy for direct sales growth, elevating the digital journey for professional buyers globally. This role is perfect for an entrepreneurial leader who combines analytical rigor with a "test-and-learn" mindset to drive KPIs including net sales, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and lead the global B2B e-commerce strategy, defining the tactics and campaigns necessary to drive direct online sales.
  • Manage global performance, including sales targets, KPIs, budgets, and forecasting. Provide clear risk/opportunity assessments to stakeholders.
  • Execute data-led initiatives to drive both new customer acquisition and repeat purchase cycles.
  • Advise on new market entry opportunities and support global expansion planning.


Commercial & Merchandising

  • Shape product merchandising, including SKU selection, bundles, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Lead new commercial initiatives such as subscription models, outlet opportunities, and the cross-selling of consumables, accessories, and service contracts.
  • Partner with operations teams to optimize payments, fulfillment, inventory planning, and returns.


Collaboration & Roadmap

  • Collaborate with E-commerce and IT teams to build a webshop roadmap that balances commercial priorities with technical feasibility.
  • Partner with regional sales and marketing teams to integrate local insights and navigate potential channel conflicts.
  • Work with Digital Marketing, Services, and Brand teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience and high-quality campaign execution.
  • Present complex strategic proposals and business cases to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of e-commerce experience with significant commercial responsibility and a proven track record of sales impact.
  • Deep understanding of professional buyer needs, complex procurement journeys, and multi-market environments.
  • Experience building or scaling e-commerce functions, ideally during a transition from decentralized to centralized models.


Skills & Mindset

  • Proficiency in interpreting webshop analytics and KPI trends (e.g., Shopify, Power BI, Looker) to inform commercial decisions.
  • Solid understanding of IT architecture, integrations, and data flows as they relate to digital scalability.
  • Expertise in pricing, promotions, and navigating channel conflicts within a global brand.
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive, and resilient professional who thrives in ambiguity and can influence cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in another European language is an advantage.
