What will you do?

Together with our Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll focus on hiring the best talent for WeAreKeen - meaning you’ll actually help recruit your own colleagues. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be mapping talent markets, conducting market research, building strong pipelines, and reaching out to top candidates. It’s much more than filtering search results; because you genuinely understand the profiles you’re looking for, candidates respond to you, and you naturally build and nurture a meaningful network.

You'll be a great fit if:

• You are a Master's/Bachelor's student looking for a part-time gig 
• You have experience with recruitment or, you are willing to learn
• You have an outstanding level of English: speaking and writing
• You are comfortable with reaching out to talent online and love to talk to people
• You are eager to learn, proactive and curious. What you don't know is something you will pick up from Google/ChatGPT a day later
• You can read between the lines and have a sixth sense for potential
