About the job

You are a creative offline and online marketer or in other words a 360 Marketing Manager ready to jump into an amazing challenge supporting the growth of WeAreKeen. Your mission is to help the business shine and acquire new partners/customers: B2b Marketing (40%) and on the other hand help us hire new keenies in other words: Employer Branding (60%). You’ll be setting us the foundation of the marketing strategy working together with Sales, the internal recruitment team and many different external partners. It's an exciting role where you shouldn’t be afraid to also get your hands dirty and execute some of the work.

What you will be doing?

Leading the marketing activities from annual strategy to FTE and freelancers
Setting up the content strategy and establishing us as the leader in the embedded recruitment field in Europe
Organizing and creating digital and offline events in our 2 Talent Hubs (Amsterdam & Berlin) - feel free to have a look at our KeenWebinars, KeenTalks, etc
You will manage the employer branding strategy and recruitment marketing activities together with the internal recruitment team
You are responsible for all our online communications - Social Media / Email newsletters (internal and external)
You are the owner and manager of our content editorial calendar working together with the freelance copywriter and external guest bloggers or talent partners
You will create B2b Marketing assets such as video testimonials, case studies to highlight the amazing work we’ve been doing at our partners

Who are we looking for?

at least 5 years of marketing experience in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up environment
You have a native level of English, both spoken and written
Hubspot has no secret for you
You understand our business model: Embedded Recruitment
You have a strong eye for details and love BRANDING
You have a strategic mindset and build proper marketing actions to increase leads
You are a very strong project manager with the ability to collaborate with some difficult stakeholders
Somebody who takes ownership and can create plans and execute them! In other words you don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
