What will you do?

As an SDR, you’ll be part of our core commercial team, playing a vital role in driving business growth by bridging the gap between marketing and sales. Your mission? To identify, qualify, and nurture leads into promising business opportunities, helping us build lasting partnerships. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential partners, so basically introducing WeAreKeen to the world!

In brief, you’ll:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Reach out to prospects through email, phone, social media, and networking, and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Identify prospect needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Engage with prospects, including C-level executives and directors, to create high-level business opportunities
  • Update and enhance our HubSpot CRM with valuable data and insights

You'll be a great fit if:

  • You have at least 2 years of sales experience and are ready to take the next step in your career.
  • You’re proactive, thrive on success, and enjoy closing deals while working independently and taking ownership.
  • Experience in HR or recruitment is not required—backgrounds in SaaS or other tech companies are welcome.
  • You’re a people person who can engage comfortably with stakeholders at all levels, from peers to senior executives.
  • You love technology, entrepreneurship, and are well-versed in the European tech scene, with a knack for AI tools and process automation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, helps you scale sales effectively.
  • You’re based in or near Amsterdam and fluent in both English and Dutch.
