What will your role look like?

You will work in-house as part of these companies’ recruitment teams and get exposed to their internal recruitment processes, strategies, and challenges - much like an internal recruiter. The length of projects varies, from 6 months to as long as one year, where you get to focus on collaborating with one company at a time.

Embedded recruitment is unique because it offers opportunities & responsibilities that you would not get from a traditional in-house or agency role. You will act not only as an embedded recruiter but also as an internal advisor and recruitment consultant.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have extensive experience of owning full 360 tech recruitment (from sourcing and hiring intakes to the offer stage and negotiations) and ensuring the process runs smoothly
  • You are tech-savvy and love to sink your teeth in your recruitment project
  • You have experience partnering up with managers on talent strategy and on advising them effectively
  • You are an expert when it comes to bringing innovation and creativity in your sourcing techniques for senior candidates
  • You identify and design process improvements and proactively use data to make efficient short-term and long-term changes
  • Your English is fluent
  • You are confident in your expertise but still keen to learn and develop your skills further
