Who are we?

We are an embedded tech talent partner (RPO) for fast-growing tech companies and help them get to the next level! What will your role look like?

You will work in-house as part of these companies’ recruitment teams and get exposed to their internal recruitment processes, strategies, and challenges - much like an internal recruiter. The length of projects varies, from 6 months to as long as one year, where you get to focus on collaborating with one company at a time.

Embedded recruitment is unique because it offers opportunities & responsibilities that you would not get from a traditional in-house or agency role. You will act not only as an embedded recruiter but also as an internal advisor and recruitment consultant.

Our Team

We are a fun and & dedicated group of recruiters with over 18 nationalities: Greek, Dutch, New-Zealand, Canadian, Ukrainian, Lithuanian, French, and Italian. We got it all. Everyone helps each other out, and we welcome sharing tips and bouncing ideas off each other. You will always have someone to hear you out and support you. Clear Growth Path

Junior Recruiters start sourcing and interviewing and slowly expand into all areas. Medior and Senior Recruiters take the lead on projects, handle the whole process, and create the recruitment strategy. Therefore, you have more focus on the stakeholder- and project management side, with the possibility of coaching juniors.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least 1 year of experience of owning full 360 tech recruitment, either in-house or agency (from creating job ads to the offer stage)
  • You are familiar with the tech world, and you enjoy recruiting for tech roles 
  • Your English is fluent 
  • You have a creative mind when it comes to sourcing & Boolean strings
  • You are keen to learn and develop your skills further
