What would your role look like?
As part of our Keen crew, you get to collaborate internally with some of the coolest tech scale-ups in Europe and help them build their teams. To give you a taste of our amazing clients, we are collaborating with Mollie, Adyen, Backbase, GetYourGuide, OLX, and Miro to name a few.
Embedded Talent Aquisition is unique in the way it offers opportunities & responsibilities that you would not get from a traditional internal/external role. You will act not only as an embedded recruiter but see the role as an interval advisor.
You will work in-house as part of these companies’ recruitment teams and get exposed to onboarding, processes, challenges - much like an internal recruiter.
The length of projects varies, from 6 months to as long as a year, where you get to focus on collaborating with one company at a time.

Growth is important
Junior Recruiters start more with sourcing and interviewing and slowly expand into all areas. Medior and Senior Recruiters take the lead on projects and are in charge of handling the whole process end to end with creating the recruitment strategy. Therefore you have more focus on the stakeholder and project management side, with the possibility of coaching.
Who are we looking for?
- You have 2+ years of owning 360 tech recruitment (from hiring intakes, talent mapping, creating job ads to the offer stage)
- You are tech-savvy and love to sink your teeth in your recruitment project
- Your English is fluent
- You are data-driven and like using it in your recruitment
- You have a creative mind when it comes to sourcing & Boolean strings
- You are keen to learn and develop your skills further
