What will you do?
As the Website Engagement Manager, you will be the strategic owner of the "top-of-funnel" experience on our D2C eCommerce platform. Your mission is to transform the website into a world-class destination for brand awareness, inspiration, and information.
While others focus on the final "Buy" button, you will focus on the journey that leads there; ensuring every digital touchpoint is intuitive, engaging, and seamless. By optimizing non-direct sales metrics like customer satisfaction and engagement, you will inspire users to transition effortlessly from discovery to purchase, whether they choose to buy directly through our webshop or via our B2B and retail channels.
- Manage and improve the awareness, inspiration, and informational sections of the Miele eCommerce website to ensure alignment with business needs, brand standards, and customer expectations.
- Define and monitor target engagement metrics for all digital campaigns not focused on direct Webshop conversion to ensure they are purposeful and high-performing.
- Ensure the end-to-end user experience, from navigation to content, meets business objectives from a multi-channel perspective.
- Translate overarching brand campaigns into seamless on-site experiences, optimizing each stage of the user journey to align brand objectives with webshop performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for an intuitive customer journey across the Miele direct eCommerce platform, making it easy for users to find information and transition to the purchasing path.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine user flows and ensure consistency across the entire funnel, from initial discovery to final purchase.
- Work with data analysts to track the impact of content and UX changes, using those insights to continuously refine and improve performance.
- Brief the brand marketing team on specific website requirements necessary for campaign success.
- Partner with Brand & Marketing content teams, own retail, business units, and development teams to ensure alignment between awareness strategies and broader business goals.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or customer experience roles.
- A strong understanding of eCommerce purchasing, inspiration, and informational journeys, underpinned by solid UX principles.
- A proven track record of optimizing customer journeys and improving engagement through non-sales content and pathways.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and improve website performance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with extensive experience working cross-functionally.
